Water damage beyond the stated water resistance rating

Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging with all accessories included.

Shipping costs

Shipping to customers is free of charge. In case of a return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Delivery and risk

Orders are shipped with tracking. Once the shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days after return approval to your original payment method.

Inspection of returned items
